I love my Whitmor Rolling Utility Cart. After ordering my cart, I read the other reviews and had decided I would cancel, but didn’t. My cart arrived and I put it together and it is EVERYTHING I could have hoped for. I use the cart for laundry and for groceries. It is so great!! If anyone has a need for a rolling cart, don’t wait. My only complaint is that shipping cost is a little high, but still, ordering online is very convenient! I love this little cart. I recommend it five-star plus.
P.S. The written instructions leave out one step, but if you look at the diagram, you will not miss that step…just take your time.

All parts on the parts list were not included.
5 of 6 washers were missing.
Both inside Cotter pins were missing.
The shipping box tape had split open but the shrinkwrap around the cart was intact.

This is perfect for what I will be using it for. My only complaint is that the washers did not fit on the one side, so I had to go without them. It’s made in China, so what do you expect? I think this will be fine for carrying groceries and clothes to and from the car.

After reading reviews I hesitated to order this cart. But I did, and I am glad I did. It was just what I needed.
Although the washers did not fit on one side, I emailed the company who emailed me back immediately, asked me the numbers, and sent out the needed parts bu UPS.
Could not have asked for better service.

This item is great for helping carting in the groceries. Sturdy and durable. The only issue I had was putting it together. You needed to attached the axle and then use washers (supplied) to attach the wheel. The washers fit one side of the Axle but not the other side. The other side was a bit big and the washers would not fit. I just had to find 2 washers that fit and was able to assemble the wheels.
